Kirsten Williams is a life-long resident of Ann Arbor, attended the public schools and then graduated from the University of Michigan. She is an enthusiastic community member, and continues to enjoy the myriad resources and life-long learning opportunities widely available in the area.
After decades as a commercial real estate appraiser specializing in new residential developments – subdivision, attached and detached condominium projects - followed by six years in the international adventure travel planning business, she is now focusing her exceptional people skills, passion for detail and analysis, and extensive local real estate knowledge on serving the greater Ann Arbor housing market as a residential sales agent. She looks forward to helping you right-size your life, selling the home that no longer fits your needs or buying a home where you will thrive.
Current community engagements include volunteering as an Ambassador for the University of Michigan Musical Society and an ESL tutor for Washtenaw Literacy Tuesday nights at Traverwood Library. As well, she is a devout Saturday morning coffee drinker at Ann Arbor's own Zingerman's Deli, where she would always be happy to meet to discuss selling or finding your perfect place on the space-time continuum.
A longtime resident of Ann Arbor's Old Westside, she shares her home with a husband, a child and a very large red cat.
She recently signed up for the July 29, 2017 Warrior Dash (https://www.warriordash.com) in Mt. Morris, Michigan, which may lead to a foreshortened real estate career but has been deemed, "worth the risk!"¯
She likes, loves, is addicted to "Scrabble" and "Words With Friends."
